Due to our exclusive promotions and order demand, the delivery time for imported products is 7 to 15 days after the purchase has been confirmed, because our products on offer are imported and shipping is international directly from the supplier.
However, the vast majority of orders are delivered within an average of 7 working days after purchase, remembering that as soon as the order is dispatched by our supplier you will receive the tracking code by email.
We reserve a maximum security period of 20 working days after purchase to receive the product at your address, after this time, if you wish, you can request a refund of the amount paid.

In some isolated cases, imported products spend a long time in federal revenue inspection, which checks all packages, and as they are overloaded, this sometimes delays deliveries. The vast majority of orders arrive within 27 working days, remembering that the products with international shipping sold at the Fyzoshop store, they are unlikely to be stopped at Brazilian customs as they are small and low-value products.
Your only responsibility is to enter the correct address at the time of purchase and receive the order. If the address was entered incorrectly, you will need to pay a new shipping fee of US$ 10.00.
