How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Due to our exclusive promotions and the high demand for orders, the delivery time for imported products is 7 to 15 business days after purchase confirmation. Most orders arrive within 7 business days, but it may take up to 20 business days in exceptional cases. If the delay exceeds this timeframe, you can request a refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking code to your email. If you don't receive the code or have trouble tracking your order, please contact our support team at sac@fyzoshop.com.
What is the international shipping policy?
International products may go through customs inspection, which could cause delays. Most orders arrive within 27 business days, but in exceptional cases, it may take longer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address. If the address is incorrect, a new shipping fee of $10 will be required.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact our team at sac@fyzoshop.com within 7 days of receiving it. After review, you can choose to receive a refund, a replacement product, or a discount coupon for future purchases.
Can I exchange or return a product after 7 days of purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns after 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure you check your product immediately after receiving it to confirm that everything is as expected.
